PWC’S owl pellets/casts come from our resident Ambassador raptors including owls, hawks and a raven. All of our raptors are fed a diet of frozen and then thawed mice, rats, chicks and fish (raven only). Most bones found within our pellets are mice and rat bones. Small and medium pellets will be greater than 1.5 inches in length. Price is per pellet.

Pellets are sanitized through baking and will arrive individually wrapped in tin foil. Teachers/schools may order pellets to be shipped to their school (U.S. only - shipping rates apply) or be brought to their school during PWC’s visit (Triangle schools only). Once an order has been placed, the purchaser will receive an Owl Pellet Agreement form that must be signed prior to the order being completed.
