Scholarships and Financial Aid

The scholarship application for fall/winter 2026 has closed.

The application for spring 2027 will reopen shortly.

The application for summer 2027 will open on 12/14/2026.

At Piedmont Wildlife Center (PWC), we believe every child deserves the opportunity to participate in nature-based programming. We know that the cost of living in the Triangle area is high, and we are extremely committed to making our programs accessible. If the cost of camp or homeschool feels out of reach for your family, we invite you to apply for a donor-funded scholarship.

How to Apply

Step 1: Create a profile for yourself and your camper(s) on Ultracamp.

Step 2: Register for your desired camp using the “Pending Scholarship Decision Payment Plan.” This holds your spot without requiring an upfront payment while we review your application.

Step 3: Complete the Scholarship Request Form.
