Everything in nature is connected. From mushrooms to coyotes, join us to explore what makes up an ecosystem! We will get our hands dirty learning about soils and our feet wet learning about water. We will investigate trees from their roots to their leaves and track animals by their scat. Discover what makes a plant grow, what makes water flow, and how all things, living and nonliving, are woven into the web of life.
Track out camps operate out of Umstead State Park in northwest Raleigh. With some of the best trails in the triangle, our campers have plenty of opportunities to explore the great outdoors! Typical camp activities include creek exploration, whittling, fire building, shelter building, and plenty of games! Check out our photo gallery to see all the fun we had last season!
CITs (Counselors in Training) are required to attend Teen Outdoor Leadership Camp.
If you are interested in being a CIT 2 for these camps, please email us.
