Wildlife Assistance

At Piedmont Wildlife Center, we are dedicated to providing essential resources that ensure the health and welfare of native wildlife.  Wildlife is an integral part of our ecosystem and a reflection of the health of our environment. One of the ways we help support wildlife and reduce the negative impact of our own species is through our wildlife assistance program.  We are working to get more veterinarians involved in wildlife medicine and we operate a referral service for citizens that find injured, sick or orphaned wildlife.  We are here to answer wildlife questions and to connect wildlife in need to a wildlife hospital or rehabilitator close to their location.  Contact our WildNet line at (919)572-9453 or a local wildlife rehabilitator.
